[ ADMISSIONS PROCESS — STEP BY STEP ]
We have designed our admissions process to be clear, fast, and friction-free. From initial enquiry to first day of school — five deliberate steps.
Complete the online intake form below or call our admissions hotline directly. Share your child's name, age, target entry level, and your WhatsApp contact. This is all we need to begin. No lengthy paperwork at this stage.
Within one working day of your submission, our admissions coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm space availability, discuss your child's specific needs, answer any questions, and schedule a campus visit if you wish.
We invite all new families for a guided campus tour — so you can see our classrooms, green grounds, and facilities firsthand. For Primary and JSS transfers, a brief, informal learner readiness assessment is conducted during this visit to ensure correct grade placement.
Once a place is confirmed, submit your child's birth certificate, immunisation record, previous school report (if applicable), and parent ID. A non-refundable admission deposit secures the place and confirms your child's position in the class register for the upcoming term.
Your child receives their full joining pack — school uniform guide, timetable, booklist, term calendar, and a personalised welcome note from their class teacher. On the first day of term, a dedicated orientation session ensures every new learner feels settled, seen, and excited to begin their Shapers journey.

Talent Shapers offers merit-based and need-based financial assistance to qualifying families. Bursary applications are reviewed termly by the Governance Board. Speak to our admissions coordinator for details.

Yes. We accept mid-term enrolments subject to space availability. Contact our admissions team and we will arrange an assessment and orientation for your child as soon as possible.
The admission deposit is non-refundable as it secures and reserves your child's place in the class register. In exceptional circumstances, the school may consider deferring the place to the next available term.
Yes. Talent Shapers has a standard school uniform. Upon admission confirmation, you will receive the uniform guide including recommended suppliers in Meru Town. The school uniform is worn daily by all enrolled learners.
Our admissions coordinator responds to all enquiries within one working day via WhatsApp. If you submit your form over the weekend, expect a response on the next working Monday morning.
We understand that upfront termly payment is not always practical. We offer structured payment plans by prior arrangement with the school bursar. Speak to our admissions team at the time of enrolment to discuss available options.
